iOS 6.1.3 Update

Apple has announced iOS 6.1.3 beta 3 to for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. The new operating system must solve the Lock Screen bug.

The bug was covered in the end of January by a Youtube video, but was picked up worldwide in mid-February. It was possible to bypass the Lock Screen and get access to the contact list, phone number, voice-mail messages and view photos. It works by calling to an emergency number, such as 112 and 911, but cancel immediately before the phone rings, holding the power button again and hit the emergency call button after 4 seconds. The new update will also improve the Apple Maps application for Japan.

Early this month, Apple has released an update for iOS 6.1 that resolve problems with 3G connectivity issues.
