With the drop down menu on the screen, you can zoom in for more detail of your orders, for example each month. Unfortunately, you can not easily find in this overview if you have already purchased a paid app. If you doubt whether you have ever purchased a paid app, you can browse through the listings per month or make sure you safe all future emails.
