Pangu released version 1.2 this Saturday with some changes to the program. The utility for Windows and OS X allows users to jailbreak their devices on iOS 7.1, iOS 7.1.1 and iOS 7.1.2. It was considered wobbly at first because he came from a team of unknown hackers battalion and included a Chinese software to hack applications. Since then the team has taken steps to clean up and provides a stable and safe jailbreak.
Version 1.2 fixes a problem that iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s users may encounter:
- Fix boot loop bug for some iPhone4/4s.
- Fix sandbox log issue.
- Afc2 is included now.
- Add patch for task_for_pid.
- Add notification if jailbreak fail.
Pangu 1.2 is available on PC and Mac from the official site. If your device is already jailbroken and you don't experience any particular problem, it is not necessary to restore and re-jailbreak your Pangu behind with 1.2.
